Can I claim the "forfait mobilités durables" (FMD) with a Dance subscription?

Yes. The "forfait mobilités durables" (sustainable mobility package) is a scheme that incentivizes the use of sustainable transport in France. Employers can choose to subsidize employees’ travel costs if they commute with certain vehicles. The FMD covers Dance ebike & moped subscriptions.

If you work in the private sector and your company has registered for the FMD, you can get up to €800 per year towards your Dance subscription. If you work in the public sector, you can claim up to €300. 

If your company doesn’t currently offer the FMD, we encourage you to request it. For businesses, FMD payments are exempt from tax and social security contributions. To learn more about FMD, visit the government website.
