What is the notice period to cancel my subscription?
Your subscription starts when you receive your ebike or emoped (not from the date you order it).
There is no notice period, and no communication needed to cancel your subscription.
It is nonetheless important to cancel your subscription (to return the vehicle), before the date of invoicing, to avoid a new payment.
Monthly flex subscription
With the monthly flex subscription, your subscription is always extended by one month, every month. If you receive your ebike or moped on February 15th, you can cancel your subscription until March 14th to avoid a new payment.
If you don’t cancel, your subscription will be extended by another month until April 14th, and so on.
Annual subscription paid monthly
In the case of an annual subscription, the minimum term is 12 months. However, if you are not satisfied, you can cancel the subscription within the 1st month. Only this first month will be due then.
After your 12th monthly invoice, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your subscription will automatically continue month after month, until you return the vehicle.
Annual subscription paid yearly
If you choose the yearly subscription, you pay for the 12 months in advance. However, if you are not satisfied, you can cancel within the 1st month. After the return of your vehicle, you can contact us again to ask for the refund of the remaining 11 months.
After the first 12 months, you will get billed again for another billing cycle of 12 months.
