Where can I get my invoices?
Your first invoice will be available in your app after you picked up your vehicle.
If you chose a monthly payment, your invoicing will start on the day of the delivery and renew itself at the same date every month.
Please note that it is not possible to modify the billing date.
You can find the date of your next invoice in your Dance app under "More" > "Subscription".
How to download your invoice and get all the details
You can see and download all your invoices directly in the Dance app. Go to "More" > "Subscription" > "View invoices". You will be redirected to our billing portal called Stripe. You then need to scroll down and click on the date of the desired invoice.
You will then be able to download your invoice as a PDF and all the details will be shown there.
Why is my first invoice at 0€?
The first monthly invoice shows that you owe 0€, because the payment was made on the day of the subscription.
If needed, we can send you the receipt of the payment made on the subscription day, but we cannot edit a new invoice with this amount.
An annual invoice is only available if you chose the one-time payment.
Please note: We do not send invoices via email. All invoices can be downloaded in PDF format directly from the Dance app.
I ended my subscription and cannot find my invoices anymore?
In case you want to access your invoices on your laptop, or do not have access to your Dance App anymore, you can find all your invoices on this page if you have a subscription in Paris.
If you have a subscription in Germany, you can access them on this page.
