What happens if my ebike or moped gets stolen?

If your vehicle has been stolen, please report it within 24hrs as stolen via the Dance app.

Go to "Service" then "Report a bike / moped theft" and follow the steps in app. You will be asked to fill in a theft report where we'll ask you for details of where you left your vehicle and when you last saw or used it.

Please only confirm the theft of your vehicle if it is truly missing.

Our team will immediately investigate, and your Dance app will keep you informed about the next steps.

Please note, we may charge you for vehicle theft in accordance with our terms. Details on deductibles can be found here.

As soon as all the necessary steps have been completed, you will be able to book a pick-up directly via your Dance app. 

If you only misplaced your vehicle and find it after reporting a theft, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel this report.
