Reporting Stolen Bikes or Batteries: Possessing stolen goods is a serious offence and could lead to arrest by the police. To help us recover stolen items and avoid legal issues, please contact Dance immediately at service@dance.co

You can use this email to:

  • Organize the return of any found stolen goods.

  • Report stolen or suspicious items.

Lithium-Ion Battery Safety: Lithium-ion batteries are safe when handled properly, but they can present hazards if damaged. Be aware of the following:

  • Fire Hazards and Toxic Gases: Damaged or burning lithium-ion batteries can release toxic gases and pose a fire risk.

If your battery stops working, something is wrong. You often can’t see damage from the outside.
→ Please stop using it immediately
→ Place it outside in your bike, not indoors
→ Book a repair in the app

If you notice damage to the battery casing, unusual swelling, or the battery becoming excessively hot: Move the battery outdoors to a safe, open area, away from buildings and flammable materials.

If the battery is smoking or on fire, call your local fire department immediately for assistance.

Prevention Tips: Do not drop batteries or subject them to strong impacts. Handle batteries with care to avoid damage to the casing or internal components.
