How does the delivery work?

Dance delivers bikes and mopeds to selected Dance delivery locations in the city, free of charge.

During your signup process, you can choose your preferred pickup location and date. You can pick up your vehicle anytime during the indicated pickup time slot. 

The rescheduling of the selected time slot is possible until the day prior to the delivery.

If you do not pick up your vehicle in the selected time slot, you will be automatically invoiced if the corresponding fee.

Bike delivery

• You will receive the exact pickup address for your bike and how to access it via email. You will receive this email the day before the actual delivery date, after the verification of your account.

• Please make sure to have downloaded and logged in to your Dance app before going to the pickup point.

• There will be no Dance Staff at the pickup point.

• Instructions on how to unlock and use the bike will be provided in the Dance app when you are at the pickup location.

• Your bike will be delivered fully assembled and with all the accessories requested during the sign-up process. If anything is missing, do contact our concierge team.

Moped delivery

• You will receive the exact pickup address and instructions for your moped delivery via email the day before the actual delivery date, after the verification of your account.

• Please make sure to have downloaded and logged in to your Dance app before going to the pickup point.

• At the pickup location, follow the instructions in your Dance app.

• Dance staff will be there to hand you the moped and onboard you on how to use it.
