If my vehicle needs a repair when I’m outside the Dance service area, can I take it to a workshop on the way?

Please don’t have your ebike or moped repaired in a workshop or by another person, even if you are outside our service area.

Repair and replacement of spare parts may only be performed by our trained service team. These services are completely free of charge for you. Just book a repair through the Dance app once you’re back in our service area and we’ll take care of it.

If there is no possibility for you to move your vehicle, please contact us.
