An accessory got stolen, lost, broken or is missing. What should I do?

Please open your Dance app, go to "Service" - "Report a bike theft" - "An accessory was stolen"
In the following step you will get asked if the accessory got stolen, lost, broken or is missing after delivery or repair.
You will then fill out a form and we will send you this accessory per post.
Please note that the basket is not listed, as we cannot send it per post. In this case, please book a repair directly in the Service tab of your Dance app.
Lost and stolen items will be charged in accordance with the fees stated in our terms & conditions.
