How to change the combination on your E-bike lock

If you’d like to change the code on your combination lock, please follow the steps shown in the video below:

Once the code as been changed, please contact us to communicate the new code.
We will then update it in your profile.

Please be aware that if the code is changed and cannot be retrieved, the lock will need to be destroyed and replaced — this will incur a fee.
