Do the ebikes come with a lock?

Yes! All our ebikes come with a strong Kryptonite chain lock with a four-digit combination code.

The lock is included in your membership price and will be provided at your bike’s pickup. You will receive your lock combination through the Dance app during bike pickup. If you forget your combination, you can always check it in the app by clicking “More”, and then “Lock details”.

Please note that the use of this lock is compulsory.

How to change your lock combination?

Please follow the instructions in this video to change the lock code of your chain lock. 

After changing the code of your chain lock, please contact Concierge by clicking “Service” > “Contact us” and send them your new code. Our agents will update your new code in-app.

Please note: It is important that you inform us about your new code so that in case of repairs, our mechanics will be able to access your code and unlock the bike for any repairs. 

Please make sure to always lock your bike correctly following our recommendations.
