How does the lock work?

To open the lock, you must carefully align the digits of your personal code. (If you have forgotten your code, it can be found in your app.)

Once the digits are aligned, you can pull on the section to their right to release the chain. The chain must not be under tension, otherwise you will not be able to pull on this section.

You can then remove the end of the chain from its lock to open it.

Caution: Do not touch the RESET button. Otherwise, you could inadvertently change the code, and it will be impossible to open the lock.

We have no way to unlock a lock whose code has been changed; we will have to cut it open and charge for its destruction.
