Can I remove the battery from my Dance ebike?

Dance ebike batteries are removable and only accessible via a lock. Each ebike is delivered with a unique key to remove the battery.
When you park your vehicle, we recommend taking out the battery and keeping it with you as it discourages theft.
Please note that the loss or the theft of the battery is not covered.
