What should I check before I ride my ebike?

Follow these guidelines to ensure you have a safe ride. 

• Check the battery: Make sure that the battery sits tight and that it has sufficient power. 

• Check the brakes: Test both brake handles before every ride. If you have any hesitations, please book a repair with our team to check your brakes and confirm they're ready to go. 

• Listen to music safely: In France, it is strictly forbidden to wear any type of audio device in your ear while riding a bike. In Germany, you must ensure that you remain aware of your surroundings, so we recommend leaving one earbud out, keeping the volume low, or even using a small Bluetooth speaker clipped to your backpack.

• Lock your bike properly: Always lock your ebike with the provided lock. In case of theft, improper locking will result in higher fees for replacement.

• Wear a helmet: Please wear a helmet or other recommended safety equipment.
