How does the bike exchange work?

If your bike cannot be repaired on-site, our team will arrange a complete exchange.
Your new bike will be left in the same location as your previous one, with its new key under the saddle, and a prepaid envelope in the lockbag for returning the old one.
The bike exchange can only take place at one address, and you must not use your bike until the exchange is complete.
