I inserted my battery on the wrong bike

If you accidentally inserted your battery into the wrong bike, please contact us and send us a photo of the QR code on the other bike.

The QR code is located either on the rear rack or the rear fender; it will allow us to identify the bike.

We also recommend leaving a note on the other bike with your contact information; the issue is usually resolved quickly between members. :)
